wanna make one thing clear... this has got nothing to do with kuali.com or whatsoever... blah... whatever...

went to the travel agency yesterday, wanted to make reservations for 4, to nagasaki kyushu... well, too late! there goes our plan... for the spring break! guess i`ll end up rotting myself away in my lil room... guess i`ll smell like tatami at the end of the one-week, ya wanna know how tatami smells like? like hay... rumput kering... speaking of hay... hay fever is really teruk here right now! well, pollen alergy would be more appropriate in the japanese`s context coz they dont have hay lah... a japanese told me, `flower powder disease`... if you know mandarin, you would know that he translated the term literally from japanese lah! whatever... you`ll get teary eyed, sneeze a lot... `bless them`... people go around their daily routine with masks and goggle-like protectors... 花粉症 (ka fun syoo) that`s the japanese term for pollen alergy...

back to nagasaki... will postpone it till may, will fly off straight after the exams... dont care! the JR 18kippu is just to proof that the saying `there is no free lunch` is indeed true... you`ll need to spend more than 16hours on the train, a local express train that is... from nagoya to nagasaki... with numerous stops to transfer... yikes, dont think i can stand that long in a train... i`ll go crazy, with my oshiri flatten by the time i get to my destination... well, shinkansen is another story lah, 6hours... guess how much`s the tic... it`s around 20k yen... that is 7ooringgit ++ i`ll just go during off-peak season lah... fly there, stay in a nice posh hotel, everything for less than 50k yen... argh... still too early to make plans... the power of procrastination...

met makino-san at the library a while ago... she was in USM for 2week last february... stayed at the guest house... and she knew soeda sensei, tn syed, dr. leelany... wow... i`ll be meeting the students who went to USM, sometime next week... hahah, i guess they wanted to put what they`ve learned (bahasa) into practise lah.... nah... was once again reminded of pusat bahasa up the lil hill... USM... penang... yay yay... 3more months... 我慢して...　頑張ります...

oh ya, will be going to yamada-san`s house this satuday... cooking lesson... ahahha! kidding... a lil info bout yamada-san... she`s a really nice lady, mid 40s, has a 10yr old golden retriever named carl... she had been to malaysia twice... loves bak kut teh... loves anything south east asian... curry, tom yam... cool... a lil secret... she hasnt asked the others in kojima, so i guess hmm... i like yamada-san... oh ya, she was asking me whether i would be free on saturday to join her for an afternoon of `spices`... and take carl out for a walk in the evening... plum blossoms-filled park nearby...

gotta go, have to get some bread later on my way back... bread`s cheapest on thursday... a loaf for 105yen... fresh ones dont worry, ma! hahaha! oh ya, the cut on my left thumb is healing kinda quickly... dont worry, i didnt faint like i did when i was 14... cant afford to faint coz there was no one around...

ham & cheese for breakfast tomorrow morning? toast with butter & strawberry jam? oh ya, full cream milk... must get milk also... carrots, garlic, broccoli, potatoes... can make stew for dinner... i go now
